Making time for movement in your schedule can boost energy levels, increase confidence, and provide the focus you need to succeed throughout your college experience. Studies show that students who exercise regularly have higher GPAs!

Intramural Sports

If you’re looking to play sports, intramural sports hosts team and individual leagues and tournaments for Hokies to compete against other Hokies and have the chance to earn the coveted championship t-shirt.

Sport Clubs

Sport club teams represent Virginia Tech and play against other colleges and universities, but are not part of the university's NCAA athletics program. Sport clubs are supported by Recreational Sports, but each team is run by a set of officers.
